Boulder Breakers is the first scenario in under the beginner category in Chris Sawyer's Locomotion.
Walkthrough[]
You can easily beat this scenario with three trains and one or two busses. I took out a $47.8K loan and set up some railways. One train coming from the Iron Ore Mine, another coming from the Coal Mine, both of which go to the Steel Mill. There is another train coming from the Steel Mill going to the Factory.
